Master Pest Termite Control
was founded over 20 years ago as a dream of offering
exemplary termite services to single family and multi-unit
structures at a reasonable price. As the company grew, we
expanded to Orange County and eventually the Inland Empire
and San Diego County.
In the
fall of 1991, the two original owners decided on an amicable
split, and “Master Care Termite Control” became
“Master Pest Termite Control”. The company continued
its growth, expanding into general pest control, and
continued to develop relationships with realtors and
property managers, as well as forging long-term
relationships with customers who own single family, as well
as multi-family homes by offering them an annual termite
service known as the “Control Policy”.
In 2004
our company adopted a termite treatment process and continue
to own the service mark for DuoFoamsm to this
day, which is a combination of several chemicals which,
mixed together, create a “potent cocktail” that not only is
quite deadly to termites, but also offers preventative, as
well as protective measures against further infestations of
termites and fungus. We have been very successful utilizing
this process for treatment of drywood termites and have
found this process to be very popular with our multi-unit
properties because of its success rate without the
inconvenience of relocating tenants/residents. Because of
the popularity of the DuoFoamsmprocess, we have
grown to service multi-units all over the state of
California. In the
summer of 2005, our company was purchased by new ownership
with vast business knowledge and management experience.
The
results…so far…are considerable. We have greatly enhanced
our company’s ability to do business in the 21st
century by taking giant steps with our technology in new and
revamped computer software, which allows for much improved
customer tracking and service. Our focus has also been on
state of the art/cutting edge termite and pest treatments,
such as infrared devices to help aid in the detection of the
termite colony, bees and wasps, and orange oil and Duo Foamsm
as better, more convenient termite treatment options
for the customer.
Our
mission statement is simple: To ensure that we all
understand that above all else, our emphasis, has got to be
customer service. After all, in the end, taking care
